Returns Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  3. Personalized or sale items, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned.

2. Pack Your Item Securely – Ensure the item is in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Ship Your Package – After getting in touch with us, we will provide the return shipping address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to help with an exchange! Exchange Requirements Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchange.
