Pricing & Currency: All prices are final and include taxes. Prices are listed in AED.

International: Estimated 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs: FREE shipping within the UAE. International orders: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, calculated at checkout.Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 5 days of receipt.Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Process:

2. Ship the item back at your expense (unless it’s due to a defect).
3. Once inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to a defect or an error on our part.If your refund is delayed, check with your bank before contacting us.
